Nestled in a tranquil rainforest, the private theater is a stunning feature of this retreat, with comfy seats and a big screen to enjoy. The French doors open out to beautiful rainforest which adds a romantic atmosphere to the room. The hosts are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the attractions nearby. The spa bath is relaxing and the four-poster bed adds a classy touch to the elegantly furnished suites.

The limited choice of breakfast cereals and lack of bread to toast could be improved.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The villa we stayed in was spacious and clean with a beautiful four-poster bed and a log burner. The bathroom had a luxurious spa bath and a double shower. The resort was set in a peaceful rainforest with wildlife, a stream and waterfalls running through it. It was a great location for exploring the area with many attractions and restaurants nearby.

The villa's soundproofing was poor, and we could hear our neighbors. The kitchenette was basic and lacked cooking facilities, and there was no fresh milk in the fridge. The spa bath was difficult to access, and the towels were thin.

We loved the location of this hotel, which is away from the busy areas. It is set amidst beautiful mountains with many interesting places to visit nearby, such as St Bernard's Pub, a cinema, and wineries. The hotel facilities were incredible and we particularly enjoyed the awesome little cinema and large spa tub. The staff were welcoming and provided us with a glass of champagne upon arrival and served us one of the best breakfasts we've had.

Nothing, it is perfect.

Absolutely loved my recent business trip! The location was perfect, close to the airport and within walking distance of the convention center. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering me a complimentary drink upon arrival and providing me with plenty of information about the area. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and a great view. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

The noise level from nearby construction during the day. However, I understand that this is out of the hotel's control and didn't affect my sleep at all.

This hotel offers a luxurious stay with spacious rooms and exclusive amenities. The Spa & wellness centre and massages left us feeling rejuvenated. The lush garden area and sun terrace provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The only minor issue we encountered was the noise from a nearby child care centre during the day, but this did not detract from our overall experience. The excellent service, private facilities and delicious breakfast made up for it.
